I love my dog; he adds incredible value to my world, and like many American dogs he leads an amazing life. But he’s not a human. Therefore he’s not allowed on the furniture, doesn’t get to jump on me or lick my face, and if he bit someone I would end him. And yes, shoot the damn dog.
