What! People living in Africa, Asia, Japan or the Indian subcontinent — they think about what’s going on in their world and the world in general? They care about political leadership and mental health and spirituality and the pursuit of happiness and human dignity? But no. Those are strictly American ideals.

Or, ok, they can play with them — but we thought of them first (smugly points to Constitution while completely ignoring thousands of years of history).
